Walking Blues

After one day of scurrying to the bus stop, I've decided I need a pair of practical but cute walking shoes -- as long as I don't look like Melanie Griffith in Working Girl. Any suggestions?

  2. These are so cute! I wear a pair of white tennis shoes, they almost look like Keds but a bit chunkier.

  5. I like the ones you posted. Much better than white sneakers with panty hose.

  7. I will take a pair of clogs over just about any shoe. Ok - might not be the fashion statement you are looking for but for standing on your feet all day - you can't beat it.

  8. Oh my goodness - I am in the same boat. Just started a new job and realized I'd need some good walking shoes to get to and from bus stops. I go with the converse all stars - they are amazingly comfortable and pretty cute.

  10. Hmm... well, I wear flats pretty much every day, but I'd say that my most comfy pair are black Keds with tiny white polka dots :)

But if you're looking for actual walking shoes, I'd suggest Pumas!
