Charleston Day Trip

While I was down south, we took a little trip to Charleston. It's such a lovely city, friendly and quaint like Savannah, but with its own distinct character and tons of fabulous restaurants. We walked around, shopped, stopped in at Baked for some sweets, and had an amazing lunch. More on that tomorrow.

  5. I love Charleston. I remember my first time there I was completely smitten with the WHOLE TOWN. I have a friend who just moved there and I keep trying to make excuses to go visit and when I do I'm going to that bakery!!

  21. The Southern US states are my very favourite, probably because they are most like Ireland, gracious and easygoing. I'll add picturesque Charleston to my next tour.
