A couple weeks back, my precious glass pie dish shattered on the kitchen floor. Curse you, ceramic tile! I'm finally inspired to look for a replacement and a recipe to fill it with.

ReplyDeletei love pie plates but i hardly ever bake. we got a beautiful pie plate for our wedding and we use it as a bird bath. the birds will be so sad the next time i bake. :)
ReplyDeleteI just made my own pie crust for the first time, all buttery, but hard work with the rolling out, tearing up and making it fit....I am a cake person. The batter is much more tastey before cooking. But thank you bloggers I researched you for the best pie dough recipe and tricks out there...
