My office houses a foosball table and I used to work at a company with a bowling alley in the basement, but they don't quite compare with these amazing work spaces. Just look at the glass phone rooms or the way they differentiate the men's and women's restrooms with photos of the employees at Quirky in New York City. There's an actual slide and massage area at the Google offices in Zurich. Of course, Pixar is cool, but I think this glass box stuck in the middle of nature is my favorite. It houses an architecture firm in Madrid.

I think I'd LOVE my job, if I had access to any of these cool things. The glass box in the woods is my fave too.
ReplyDeleteWhen people ask me where I want to work upon my return to the US, I'm totally going to respond with "somewhere that has an indoor slide."
ReplyDeleteI love the glass box too! I have often sat in my dreary office and wished I had just a wall of windows that faced something natural. But then having a place to run and get a massage inside my building would be nice too:)
ReplyDeleteOh yes---the glass boxes are my favorite too. I think I wouldn't mind staying late there. Ahh!! I love it.
ReplyDeleteMy cousin worked at Google for about 5 years and loved it-what an awesome experience that was. I've seen the last Madrid office before. That's definitely my favorite too.
ReplyDeleteAn indoor slide?! Too cool!!
ReplyDeleteAh! I love these! I thought I had a great "office" working at a winery and staring at vineyards but shoot... We need a slide! Haha
ReplyDeleteLauren,
ReplyDeleteA vineyard does sound nice though.
I want the slide in my office! That'd be soo cool!! =)

I had a friend who worked at Google, in Seattle, and he took me on a tour once. It was pretty amazing!
ReplyDelete*sigh* I love that glass box in the woods.
ReplyDeleteHow awesome would it be to work in any of these offices? OMG...great post!
ReplyDeleteThese are awesome. I want that slide in my house!
