Hello Stumptown

When we were in Portland two weeks ago, we made a point to go to Stumptown Coffee. There are actually two locations here in New York, but there's something very special and very necessary about drinking Stumptown coffee in Portland. I basked in the cool, but non-snobby atmosphere of the Ace Hotel location, the careful preparation that puts coffee chains to shame, and one flawless latte.

  5. Good morning from Tokyo!

What is it about designs on the top of your coffee that just make it taste better? Such a pretty picture! I've never been to Stumptown, but as we're preparing to become West coasters very soon, you just gave me one very good reason!

    Warmly,

    Elizabeth

  6. Now THAT's a great latte!!! Nobody brews it like Stumptown. Looks like Portlandia is making it's mark on the Big Apple. LOVE the photos.
