Artisan Ice Cream Truck

My obsession with Seattle's food trucks continues, but this time, it's all about dessert. Parfait specializes in organic, small-batch ice cream. They offer about six flavors at a time, and there's always a vegan sorbet on the menu. I can attest to the deliciousness of their decadent chocolate and butter toffee crunch, and their hand-rolled cones are practically works of art. I'll be chasing that adorable truck around town for the remainder of summer.

  3. Amazing. If that was coming down my street in Charlotte every day, I would have to run the opposite direction!

  5. I'm completely loving the food truck movement! There were so many wonderful ones in NYC, and now that I've moved to DC I am completely thankful the trend has taken off here.

Now all we need is an adorable ice cream truck like that one!

  9. Holy cow! Jealous of these amazing food trucks that bigger cities have. Wish we had one in SLC, UT! Maybe I should start one. I thin it'd go over well.

  19. One of my little dreams is to drive an ice cream truck. I've always pictured it being an adorable little truck and I'd wear a cute little uniform (or at least an apron) and have one of those change makers around my waist like I remember the ice cream man wearing as a kid.

BUT, this? Adds a whole new dimension to my idea. And my DH (BSD), he totally wants to have a fish taco cart. So you're totally speaking our language.

Glad you stopped by my blog. Yours is a feast for the eyes. I'll be back. :)
