I think you should at least be allowed another two weeks -- even a month. After all, peppermint bark just doesn't feel right during the summer, does it?
Love your blog back! And I may have to agree with Brandi... it's not every day its acceptable to eat peppermint bark. Give yourself a little more time. :)
I made bark too...we used choc mint candy canes instead. I can't seem to stop eating any of this stuff! Sugar...who can live without it...I'm not made of strong enough stuff to do without:) Ashlyn
OMG I love the peppermint bark.. ohhh and those dark chocolate peanut butter cups. I figure you have to eat all that stuff as fast as you can.. so you can eat healthy the next day :)
oh, wow, I am a peppermint bark fiend, too. At Christmastime I go into Williams-Sonoma just to grab the samples they put out! Maybe I should try homemade :)
oh gosh! my post christmas eating has been WAY worse than it was during the actual holidays. i think it's because we have all this leftover junk food at home AND work. no bueno. good luck with the peppermint bark. i doubt i could resist :).
love peppermint bark! I made some Bark over the holidays and it was such a hit with everyone including myself I've been making all different kinds, great treat !
Thank you for the recipe! I only stopped eating it when the supply ran out, so I'm hooked... Plan to share it with friends for gifts next year, but of course I'll need to practice first....lots of practice!
i eat peppermint bark after every meal, in between meals, in my sleep... i can't stop!
