I feel like snow and I can call it quits for a while. In a place like New York, the fresh, white blanket lasts for about 20 minutes before a gray, watery slush begins to take its place. Although I have to say, it is nice to look at from my apartment window, 26 floors above reality.
I'll be staying inside this weekend, and maybe some baking is necessary. What are you up to?
so great!!! :) lovely! :)
ReplyDeleteBest day :)
Wow what a wonderful view!

the snow is beautiful in central park! but besides that, it's slushly, dirty, and nasty. i'm over it. nice view!
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful view!! Hopefully the heavy snow won't make an appearance for a while. =) I love the first pic. What beautiful flowers! =)

I probably shouldn't mention the 70-degree weather we're having here in So Cal. I'm heading out for a hike this weekend. Baking too, but definitely a hike and letting the sun warm my skin. Stay warm and have an amazing weekend staring out at that view.
ReplyDeletelooove how the summery flowers look next to the frosty window. so pretty.
ReplyDeleteYour view is lovely. I'm on the ground floor so I really just get a VIP view of that slush you speak of. Stay warm and bake something delish.
ReplyDeleteHow did I have no idea you live on the 26th floor on a NY apartment building??! Yes, snow in the city is beautiful for less than a day, then it gets very, very old. I do like living where we can enjoy snow and it does only positive things for life here! We will ski or snowshoe this weekend! I hope yours is cozy.
ReplyDeletebake me something.. :) I could use a cookie.
ReplyDeleteAnd a beautiful view it is!
ReplyDeletePerfect day to stay home and bake!! I'm making some Challah and Swedish pancakes with lingonberries for blog post. :)
ReplyDeletebeautiful! I'm jealous. Here in the south we hardly ever get snow!!

That is a beautiful view...perfect for staying in and baking. Our temperatures this weekend are supposed to be in the high 50s. I think I'll get out and do some yardwork before it gets cold again. Carla
ReplyDeleteI can't get over all the snow the East Coast is having. I know its a pain for a lot of people, but its so pretty! I loved the shots of Central Park they were shoing on the Today show.
ReplyDeletemy fingers are crossed that the weekend stays beautiful and in the 50-60s here. no plans but that is exactly the weekend i love.
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend friend!!! XO!
