Egg in a Nest

Four and Twenty Blackbirds is a place known for their pie, but this savory menu item is also worth the journey to Brooklyn. It's a light, fluffy egg baked beneath a rosemary biscuit and topped with a little bit of cheese. My favorite part is the name. It's called an egg in a nest. Adorable and delicious.

  1. Oh boy... Yes please! Insomnia has proved to be quite rewarding... except for the fact that I'm now starving!

  3. I wonder if I can erect something like this in my own kitchen. It looks so incredibly good. Yogurt is not going to cut it this morning.

  4. Jillian,
You should do it! I've only had two kinds so far, salty honey and salted caramel apple, but both were delicious.

  12. It looks teeny! This entree sounds scrumptious, but I would need two or three.
