Four and Twenty Blackbirds is a place
known for their pie, but this savory menu item is also worth the journey to Brooklyn. It's a light, fluffy egg baked beneath a rosemary biscuit and topped with a little bit of cheese. My favorite part is the name. It's called an egg in a nest. Adorable and delicious.
Oh boy... Yes please! Insomnia has proved to be quite rewarding... except for the fact that I'm now starving!

ReplyDeleteI wonder if I can erect something like this in my own kitchen. It looks so incredibly good. Yogurt is not going to cut it this morning.
