When I was a kid, I used to collect paint chips. While my parents shopped for plants, a new toilet paper holder or whatever else at Home Depot, I would hang out in the paint section and carefully choose my favorite colors. So when I saw this Easter garland on The Coterie Blog, I was immediately drawn to it. It's cheery, affordable and seems to be perfect for an uncrafty person who longs to be crafty, like me.
