Chipped Eggs

When I was a kid, I used to collect paint chips. While my parents shopped for plants, a new toilet paper holder or whatever else at Home Depot, I would hang out in the paint section and carefully choose my favorite colors. So when I saw this Easter garland on The Coterie Blog, I was immediately drawn to it. It's cheery, affordable and seems to be perfect for an uncrafty person who longs to be crafty, like me.

This is exactly the kind of idea that makes me feel refreshed.

Well done. Ingenious --and for me--perfectly kid-friendly.

It's so pretty. Now, if I wasn't so lazy I might actually try to replicate this.

I used to collect paint samples too, when I was a kid, so I definitely think this is such a cute idea!

very cute! I seem to remember doing the same thing as a child. I guess it kept us occupied, at least!

love this - and so easy! I made a paint chip banner out of the Baer ones that are shaped like leaves, and it hangs in my living room - love it!

I am totally craft-impaired myself, so I can relate. Love the garland!
