Desperately Seeking Sandwich: Part 2

The search for more breakfast sandwich deliciousness continues. This time, I tried the country ham biscuit at Egg in Brooklyn. Ironically, there was no egg on this sandwich. There was, however, thin crispy ham, gooey cheddar, and a deal-making homemade fig jam all sandwiched inside a light, flaky biscuit. The side of grits left something to be desired and Clinton St. Baking Company is still in the lead, but Egg presented a pretty tasty option.

  1. I've been wanting to go to Egg for the longest time, but every time I go, it's always super packed! And of course, I just end up going somewhere else.

That sandwich looks amazingly delicious! I have such a weak spot for biscuits. That second pic has me drooling.
