I made a pie last week for a Friday night dinner with the in-laws, and it was so simple and tasty, I have to share. It's a
chocolate chess pie, dense and fudgy with a crunchy top, like a brownie in a pie crust, which is just my style. A little whipped cream takes it just where it needs to go.

I made this a few weeks back and ate 3/4's of it. Then I tried it again but in individual servings so I wouldn't be tempted to inhale another pie. So good!
