Food on Film

I saw Julie & Julia today. I thought it was absolutely delightful and really inspiring, particularly if you enjoy Paris, New York, food, or blogging. Here's hoping I can take on boeuf bourguignon once cooler weather rolls around, but for tonight, it's just pasta salad. Sorry Julia.

  12. The book was wonderful! The movie was wonderful! They did a really great job highlighting Julia Child and Juile Powell's life while keeping the food the central focus. They did it! I smiled, laughed and learned a lot!

  13. I attempted the so-called bruschetta Julie makes -- so good, easy, and totally feasible in hot weather.

  14. You are so Julie without the meltdowns. And your blog has been so prosperous!! If you make anything super fancy you should definitely post a video. I don't want to miss out on any good kitchen moments.
