Last weekend, I had the pleasure of dining at
Delancey, Seattle's new pizza joint from the husband and wife team of Brandon Pettit, a composer turned chef, and Molly Wizenberg, blogger/author extraordinaire of
Orangette.
The much-anticipated restaurant is absolutely worth the hype. The food is rustic and seriously tasty. Here's the photographic evidence, but if you want to find out more, check out my
review on Serious Eats' pizza-centric blog,
Slice.

ReplyDeletewow..that's the most exciting pizza commentary i've ever seen!!!the soho needs to write a pizza- novelette. i'm visiting seattle next month and now...pizza is on my mind.
ReplyDeleteI was so completely full, until I popped on the picture of the pizza...appetite is back and wanting some delicious eats! If only there was a way to click on that pizza picture and have it appear on a plate in front of me, bah.

ReplyDeleteI would love to be able to go, Seattle is a teeny bit out of the way for me but it would be great to be able to sit at their table - they have such a great story!
ReplyDeleteLooks great! I hope I can try it the next time I am in Seattle.
ReplyDeleteI have always wanted to visit Seattle for the sights. Now I want to visit for the pizza! :)
ReplyDeleteI just know by looking at that piece of pizza its de-lish! What is next to the red pepper flakes? Parm? Yum! Also that cookie, does it come with the pizza? How creative...
