Pizzas in Seattle

Last weekend, I had the pleasure of dining at Delancey, Seattle's new pizza joint from the husband and wife team of Brandon Pettit, a composer turned chef, and Molly Wizenberg, blogger/author extraordinaire of Orangette.

The much-anticipated restaurant is absolutely worth the hype. The food is rustic and seriously tasty. Here's the photographic evidence, but if you want to find out more, check out my review on Serious Eats' pizza-centric blog, Slice.

  3. I was so completely full, until I popped on the picture of the pizza...appetite is back and wanting some delicious eats! If only there was a way to click on that pizza picture and have it appear on a plate in front of me, bah.

Thanks for stopping by my site!

  8. I would love to be able to go, Seattle is a teeny bit out of the way for me but it would be great to be able to sit at their table - they have such a great story!

  12. I can't say enough good things about this place. It really is wonderful.

Jessica: It's actually salt next to the red pepper flakes. Interesting, huh? And the desserts are just a must-try, especially that cookie!
