Roasting Garlic


It's the time of year when I bring the crockpot down from the top of the fridge and am content to curl up with a bowl of soup or chili or stew just about every night. Roasted garlic is great to add in while your soup is still cooking or to just enjoy alongside it, spread across some crusty bread. Simply Recipes has my favorite foolproof way to roast garlic whole. So easy and so delicious.

  1. Yes! I've been looking—although not too terribly hard ;)—for a roasted garlic recipe. It would be a lovely addition to so many dishes, but I just never think to make it. This is so easy, and I'm sure I'll be able to remember it the next time I'm in the mood for some garlicy goodness. Thanks!
