Unique Boutique Hotels

Have you heard of Tablet? It's a great resource for finding unique hotels across the U.S. and the world. I've been using it as we make our summer travel plans and am amazed by all the gorgeous and creatively-designed boutique hotels out there. I'll be laying out my travel plans for the next 20 years just to see all the chandeliers and stripey rugs in person.

  2. I've been to The Nines, featured in one of your pictures. It's adorable, the entire interior is gray and Tiffany Blue and totally girly!

  13. hey! i recognize that hotel!

hotel max downtown seattle, right? we stayed there for a bit on our honeymoon on our way to whistler. it was super cool and boutiquey, but i wouldn't recommend it. for some reason the walls are paper thin and we barely got any sleep. i could literally hear people in the condos across the way and obviously hearing your neighbors was a given. it was super cramped and disappointing. i thought it would be good, because it's owned by the same people who own hotel deluxe in portland (which we loved), but nope.... we stayed at the westin downtown seattle though and it was maybe my favorite hotel of our entire honeymoon. so pretty!
