My visit to a speakeasy got me thinking about vintage cocktail shakers. There are so many beauties out there, and they're easy to find on Etsy and eBay. Don't you think they would look great filled with flowers? You know, when you're not making Manhattans.

I am in love with the frosted mint green set!
ReplyDeleteThese are amazing - esp. that frosted mint one. Our shaker isn't quite as cool as these but it still suffices :)
ReplyDeleteI love these! They bring back lovely memories of my parents who used to have martinis every evening before dinner! Those were the days! :)
ReplyDeleteWe've been practicing our mixology at home. Simply delicious. Glad you enjoyed SF!!! XO!
ReplyDeleteI've given antique cocktail shakers as housewarming gifts before. Always a hit. I'm with Ms. Prippy-that frosted pastel set is my fave.
ReplyDeleteThis is the big trend now in Vancouver as well. Love the vintage martini shakers!
ReplyDeleteJohn once fell in love with a sterling silver 1920's fire hydrant cocktail shaker–I had to drag him out of the store before he spent two month's rent on the damn thing! But a little glass beauty is an entirely different proposition...
ReplyDeleteThis makes me want a cocktail.....yum! I'm a terrible commenter these days, but just want you to know I'm still around reading :). Hope you have a lovely weekend!
ReplyDeleteI love the first and last ones. I love martini items. My guest bath right now is decorated with martini items.
