Although I do love the cozy comfort food associated with fall, I'm enjoying the fruits of summer a little while longer. I bought a beautiful trio of heirloom tomatoes, the colors amaze me, and paired them with burrata, a fresh Italian cheese that's a lot like mozzarella but with a soft, creamy center. I topped the whole thing with torn basil and a drizzle of olive oil, and it was all the freshness and flavor you'd want on a summer plate.
that looks amazing!
